Trademark Policy
Protecting the Voxmea brand and your generated content.
Voxmea Trademarks
The Voxmea name, logo, wordmark, and tagline ("Your voice, on autopilot.") are trademarks of Voxmea. All rights reserved. You may not use any Voxmea trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by these guidelines.
Permitted References
You may refer to Voxmea by name in a purely descriptive, factual way — for example, "I use Voxmea to rewrite my content" — provided you do not:
- Use our name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation
- Use our trademarks as part of your own product or company name
- Alter, distort, or combine our logo with other elements
- Use our trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or advertising
Your Generated Content
You own the Output Content generated for your account. However, because Voxmea uses large language models to produce this content, we cannot guarantee that any output is entirely original or free from similarity to existing published works. AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble or reproduce phrases, structures, or ideas from training data.
Before publishing or commercialising any AI-generated content, you are solely responsible for conducting appropriate trademark clearance searches, copyright review, and any other due diligence required by your jurisdiction or industry. Voxmea disclaims all liability for trademark or intellectual property claims arising from your use or publication of Output Content.

Refund Policy
How we handle cancellations and refund requests.
General Rule
All Voxmea subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable as a general rule. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are charged for the full billing period immediately. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations or plan downgrades.
Refund Exception
We will consider a full refund of the most recent charge if both of the following conditions are met:
- You have not used any rewrites in the current billing period
- You request the refund within 7 days of the charge date
To request a refund under this exception, email billing@voxmea.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Rewrite Credits
Your monthly rewrite allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused rewrites do not roll over and have no cash value. They expire at the end of the billing period in which they were issued.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page. Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the next billing date. Your plan and rewrite quota remain active until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current period.
